Minato-sensei: A yellow hat and earmuffs to match the scarf Kakashi let him borrow/keep. A pair of gloves too. Not in yellow, however.

Sakura: A decorative comb with sakura flowers on it. A book on medicine, ranging from modern medical practices (as in sans chakra stuff) to alternative medicine, like acupuncture and aromatherapy.

Lee: (You'd think I could shop for my favorite character in the series.) New legwarmers, orange, of course, in case anything should happen to the existing ones. A journal and set of pens of various colorful inks.

Neji: Apron with "kiss the cook" on it. Not frilly, and with very functional pockets. Some new kitchen utensils.

Neji and Lee: The Kama Sutra. Because I couldn't resist?

Yachiru: A bunch of candy, including Christmas Tree-shaped Peeps.

Kenpachi: ~~(Something cool and useful (and probably relating to violence or Yachiru) which I have yet to think of...)~~ EDIT: Thanks to Jackie <3, Kenpachi's going to be getting more hair-bells. Such a cute idea!

The following arrive anon, although are likely guessable:

Sasuke: A pair of tomato slippers. (Assuming I ever get the camera charged, Tez, I'll get you a picture of them. They're basically oblong roundy red things with green around the part you put your foot in. They are supposed to look like tomatoes. My dad had a pair.) A note: "Stay warm." unsigned.

Itachi: (Uh... Let me think on this. I want it to be really good, and right now I'm fail.)

Alphonse: Matching knit hat and gloves and a Hallmark-y kind of card with the message "May the Season be warm and bright" and Kakashi's own scribbled, unsigned note: "Keep him warm <3". Also included, taped to the inside of the card are a set of temporary tattoos (the kind you adhere to your skin with water) with a note: "Consider it a test run."
